Question: "I cannot pick up my products on the pickup day. Can I pick up my product(s) on a different day?"

Answer: "If you cannot pick up your product on the designated pickup date please make arrangements at least 24 hours in advance. It is not guaranteed that another day will be available. Otherwise you will either have to 1. Pay for shipping or 2. Wait until the next pick up date.

Question: "I did not receive email notification on when my product shipped."

Answer: "Email notifications are automatically sent to the email address used at the time of purchase. The notification sometimes goes to spam.  Please check your spam mailbox.

Question: "What is the wait time frame for local pickup?"

Answer: "The wait time is 15 minutes. If after 15 minutes you haven't arrived to pick up your product(s) you will have to either pay for shipping or wait until the next pick up date. 

Question: "Is this sauce spicy?"

Answer: "Every customer is asked if they have a sensitivity to spice and if they have any food allergies. Being that this product is a "specialty hot sauce" there will be different levels of spice."
